We can work on the basis of a fixed-price
quotation, or on a time/money basis: These rates are for design (if required, including
office-based design), installation and inspection and testing on-site.
Work in dwellings and that is notifiable to Local Authority Building Control
(LABC) under Part-P of
The Building Regulations, must be covered by the deposit of a Building
Notice, with payment of the relevant fee (not included below), direct to the

There is no charge for the preparation of
Electrical Installation Certificates and other paperwork to
BS 7671
(The IEE Wiring Regulations)..
Fixed price quotation:
Quotations can be given verbally and in
writing.
Hourly rate:
Based on a minimum charge of 1 hour, rates
are per hour + cost of materials + VAT.
Day Rates:
Day rates are based on a standard 8 hour
working day (e.g. 8am to4pm).
