Customers and Clients are companies or individuals with whom we have contracted directly for the supply of goods or services. The contract may have been on behalf of a third-party; i.e. an End-User/Recipient
End-users and recipients of products or services with an identifiable KHACE content provided under sub-contract through third-parties or associates.

Embedded Technology refers primarily to the delivery of packaged Simulink-based dynamic simulations that include proprietary KHACE models, or use KHACE software for presentation of results, such as for graphing and reporting.
The delivery of systems with Embedded Technology may come about in several ways, e.g.:
- We may carry out a dynamic simulation study directly on behalf of a client and deliver, for the clients own subsequent use, a working copy of the simulation.
- We may work in association with, or under sub-contract to, another company to carry out a simulation study for a third-party (an end-user), which involves providing a working copy of the simulation for the end-user.
We supply Embedded Technology under a restricted license for non-commercial use
by the client.
We provide support for Embedded Technology either direct to the end-user, or through the supplying intermediary.
